GABRIEL "GABE" BOLE
Slytherin, 1995.
Probably owns your apartment. If you don't own your own unit and are renting, then it's more than likely that you are Mr. Bole's tenant. This burly Slytherin graduate of 1995 isn't quite as stupid as he looks. He's turned himself into quite the savvy business man with a threatening stature and a Beater's bat to boot. There is only one thing Mr. Bole cares about, one thing only: getting paid rent on time.

MAX LAMPRECHT.
Hufflepuff, 1997.
No one really knows what Mr. Lemprecht does. Although, no one's ever seen him at the Ministry so they can only assume he's not an Unspeakable. He lives with Parvati and Lavender and keeps mostly to himself. Except, he does have an odd fixation with wearing trench-coats. It's all a bit mysterious.

AUDREY DALGLEISH.
Gryffindor 1997.
A little bit upset that one of her closest friends just died is something of an understatement. Ever since the death of Katie Bell, Audrey has been having a rather hard time recovering. Although, perhaps over-knitting is a somewhat more constructive outlet for her grief than perhaps other more common avenues. She can be found either working at Quidditch Weekly, dating Percy Weasley, or indoors knitting keepin Max company as he silently reads. She lives with Parvati and Lavender.

LUIS COOPER.
Gryffindor 1996.
Luis lives with his friends Benedict and Geoffrey in Unit 3. He used to date Katie Bell, actually. Up until they had a rather awkward breakup which ended in his accusing her of cheating. He's sorry she's dead, but hey -- it does make living at Viridian Mansions a little bit easier, right?

EARL STOCKWELL.

Poor Earl's fallen on hardtimes. He lost an eye during the war - a story no one's ever really heard in full -- but with his helpful attitude and shy nature, most people tend to like him. He services the cantankerous elevator, will fix that leak for you and never complains if you bother him at 1 o'clock in the morning because, for some bizarre reason, there's a raincloud in your bedroom. Generally well-liked by most residents of the building, Earl doesn't actually live within the building at all. He lives in a small garden shed behind the complex. If ever you get locked out of your apartment, Stockwell's the man to see! It's presumed he has a little goblin blood in his lineage, owing to his small stature and pointed ears.
